Who are we?
Productive Pathways Transitional Services, Inc. (PPTS) is a nonprofit 501c3 organization that provides case management services. We serve youth as they transition back into the community from residential programs. We provide them an opportunity for success by coordinating necessary services and extending our network of partnering agencies to the family. PPTS’s mission and vision is to make sure that every youth, family, and individual has the resources, services, and tools they need to increase their self–sufficiency.
In addition to our youth services, we offer consulting services to families and individuals in the community. As a transitional service provider, we offer a range of programs and opportunities to those who would like to better their current situation and increase their overall self-sufficiency.
Dotralee worked as a Program Specialist at an all-girls halfway house. This program was for girls who had been court ordered to serve 6-9 months in a residential treatment facility. There was a particular young lady that Dortalee worked closely with, who was found dead in a hotel about a week after she was discharged from the program. In 2012, Dotralee was inspired to begin a girls’ mentoring group called One Hand to Another. In 2013, Dotralee had the opportunity to mentor an amazing group of 6th to 8th grade girls. Productive Pathways Transitional Services, Inc. was birth from One Hand to Another.
