Dotralee McNeal is originally from Sarasota, FL, and currently reside in Titusville, FL with her four children. Dotralee is the Founder- CEO and Executive Director of Productive Pathways Transitional Services INC. Her passion is working with at risk youth from all walks of life. Especially those who are exiting out of a juvenile commitment facility and aging out of foster care and end up homeless with nowhere to go. Dotralee has worked with at risk youth over the years. She also worked with juvenile girls in an all-girls halfway house. Dotralee moved on in the juvenile justice field working as a case manager, juvenile drug court counselor and a program specialist. Her mission and goal is to decrease youth homelessness while also focusing on reducing youth/ juvenile recidivism within the community. Dotralee has her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with the Emphasis on Homeland Security, her Master’s Degree in Public Administration, an experienced Transitional Strategist and also has her credentials as a CBHCM (Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager).

Dotrell also has over 10years of experience working as a Caregiver/Personal Care Aid where she provided Respite, Personal Care and Companion services to those with disabilities. Dotrell also worked as a Behavioral Specialist at Behavior Services of Brevard in Cocoa FL, and currently works as a Senior Living Advisor helping families understand senior living solutions. Dotrell has a strong passion to help others in any area that she can as a Certified Life/Confidence Coach. Dotrell currently hold a position as the CEO of Executive-Xtentions.
Norris Newman Jr. is originally from Avon Park FL, and now resides in Haines City FL. Norris has worked with at risk youth for many years. Norris started out has a youth care worker supervising youth in day to day operations while maintaining safety and security. Norris worked his way up to shift supervisor where his day to day duties were staff scheduling, meeting the needs of the facility and units, supervising staff and juvenile offenders in day to day operations; along with the demands and needs for each unit per guidelines and facility requirements. Norris has outstanding leadership skills and takes pride in utilizing his work experience, training and mentoring. Norris currently hold a position working as a AFA (Assistant Facility Administrator).
Sherylann Forehand was born in Brooklyn, NY but grew up in Titusville, FL. Sherylann received her AS in Medical Assisting from Keiser University and has a PSAV in Practical Nursing from Eastern Florida State College (previously BCC). Sherylann is also pursuing her Associate Degree in Accounting at Penn Foster as well as her Bacholor's Degree in Business Management at Strayer University. Sherylann also has multiple certificates in Early Childhood and General Education. Sherylann has worked in the medical field for over 8 years and is now currently working as the Office Manager for a very well-known company. Her passion is to help those in need with meeting their goals with the essentials of everyday life. Sherylann currently hold a position working as a Office Manager.
